Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Dyersburg, Tennessee office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 10 years experience in the electrical construction industry
Must have experience in industrial and design build projects; heavy commercial electrical construction projects experience also helpful
Must have a successful track record of developing relationships with GCs, engineers and owners securing large projects
Maintain significant partnerships and alliances within the industry
Must be experienced in managing estimating departments / quotes, and engineering
Interacts effectively to facilitate job progress
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Must be able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment
Engineering / design background experience a plus
Business development capabilities
Background check will be required
Strong employment stability
EDUCATION:
Field experience preferred or college degree, or combination of both

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
