Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Dyersburg, Tennessee office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 8 years of electrical construction project management experience
Must have experience in commercial, industrial, and light to mid manufacturing electrical construction projects
Must also possess experience estimating electrical construction projects
Must be proficient on Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Demonstrates desired traits of respectfulness, approachability, reasonableness, and the ability to encourage subordinates
Qualified to ensure that goals and / or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed budget
Interacts effectively with internal and external personnel to facilitate job progress
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
Skilled in prioritizing, organization and time management
Must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and excel in a fast paced environment
Ensure that company procedures and processes are followed
Strong employment stability
EDUCATION:
College degree preferred but not mandatory

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
